Started in 2024 with capital from the private investment funds of prominent members of the insurance industry, ERA focuses on acquiring small and mid-sized property and casualty insurance agencies throughout the United States.
We look for quality, not quantity, and select our agencies based on the strength of their customer service, among other things. Once on the ERA team, we provide our companies with the benefits that come with being part of a larger organization (such as access to relationships, technology, capital, and expertise) while allowing them to retain their identities and local flavor.
